Als Instrument Fitter werk je bij klanten on-site en installeer, monteer en sluit je afsluiters, tubing en bijhorende steunstructuren aan. Met jouw technische kennis en oog voor kwaliteit draag je rechtstreeks bij aan betrouwbare industriële processen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • zelfstandig of in team werken bij onze klanten
  • roestvaststalen en koperen tubing opmeten, snijden, plooien en monteren
  • P&ID’s, isometrische tekeningen en hook-upschema’s lezen en interpreteren
  • druktesten, lekcontroles en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op gemonteerde systemen
  • koppelingen en aanhaalmomenten controleren volgens de geldende normen
  • uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en eventuele afwijkingen rapporteren
  • veiligheidsprocedures, werkvergunningen en PBM-vereisten op industriële sites strikt naleven

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • ervaring als instrument fitter, pijpfitter, monteur instrumentatie of in een vergelijkbare technische functie
  • ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen, P&ID’s en isometrische schema’s
  • kennis van snijringkoppelingen, VCR-koppelingen, draadverbindingen en het manueel plooien van tubing
  • kennis van orbitaal lassen, werken in cleanrooms en ervaring binnen de semiconductor- en farmaceutische sector is een pluspunt
  • nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken
  • zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • veiligheid en welzijn altijd meenemen in je acties
  • klantgericht handelen en vlot communiceren met collega’s en klanten
  • rijbewijs B
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands, het Frans of het Engels
