🎾 Episode 1 – PM Grand Slam : The Summit Match

Two project managers (René and Ruben), a racket (or rather a mouse), and a full-scale playground: the construction site. In this high-level duel, every decision is a strategic shot, every schedule a well-placed backhand. A project-management match where rigor and responsiveness make the difference.

In this video, we present the work of our colleagues Ruben and René. Ruben began his career at Equans as a Project Engineer. He then moved into an Assistant Project Manager role before becoming a Project Manager. René, for his part, directly took on the role of Senior Project Manager.

What does this job involve? It’s mainly coordinating and managing the various teams involved in projects, producing and overseeing plans, preparing technical dossiers, selecting equipment, preparing and monitoring construction schedules, and collaborating with clients to find the right solutions for their requests.
