Werk aan het reviseren en testen van kleppen die essentieel zijn voor klassieke én nucleaire installaties. Als Brigadier Kleppenatelier zorg je dagelijks voor de organisatie en opvolging van onderhoudswerken aan kleppen, zowel in onze werkplaats in Zwijndrecht als op locatie bij klanten. Je werkt in een technische omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klant op de werf
  • je ondersteunt klanten met technisch advies en denkt mee bij onverwachte situaties
  • je instrueert de werkzaamheden en controleert de uitvoering
  • je begeleidt je team bij complexe taken en zorgt voor kennisdeling op de werkvloer
  • je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, zowel intern als naar de klant toe
  • je volgt de veiligheidsregels strikt op en draagt ze actief uit binnen het team
  • je verzorgt de administratie van je werf of project: vergunningen, urenregistratie, planning

  • technisch diploma mechanica of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • ervaring in de kleppenwereld is een plus
  • sterke technische kennis om een werf of project vlot aan te sturen
  • ervaring met het aansturen van teams
  • vertrouwd met administratieve opvolging zoals planning en rapportering
  • communicatief en gericht op samenwerking met collega’s en klanten
  • zelfstandig werken en overzicht behouden op de werf
