Als Senior Lead Auditor OT Cybersecurity begeleid je audit- en certificeringstrajecten over meerdere sites en standaarden binnen het volledige Equans‑portfolio. Je werkt daarbij in nauwe afstemming met operationele teams, supportfuncties en collega‑experten en bouwt mee aan een gedragen OT‑cybersecurityaanpak in een industriële context.

Wat ga je doen?

  • audit- en certificeringstrajecten coördineren (multi site, multi standard), met verantwoordelijkheid voor auditstrategie, scope, beoordeling en besluitvorming
  • richting geven aan OT‑cybersecurity binnen Equans Belux, in overleg met operationele afdelingen en supportfuncties zoals OPEX en collega‑auditors
  • kennis delen en verder uitbouwen binnen het OT Cybersecurity team
  • normen en regelgeving toepassen en helder interpreteren, waaronder ISO 27001, IEC 62443 en de EU Cyber Resilience Act
  • risk based audits uitvoeren met aandacht voor information security, product‑ en OT‑riskmanagement, ISMS‑governance en lifecycle‑benaderingen
  • wettelijke en normatieve vereisten vertalen naar toetsbare auditcriteria, volwassenheidsmodellen en realistische verbetertrajecten
  • audits uitvoeren in ICS/OT‑omgevingen en in product‑ en supply chain‑context, inclusief secure development, product assurance en conformity assessments
  • auditbevindingen gestructureerd en onderbouwd toelichten aan management, engineering, security en toezichthouders
  • zorgvuldig en onafhankelijk oordelen opnemen binnen certificerende en assurance rollen

  • een bachelor‑ of masterdiploma in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica of energie
  • grondige kennis van OT‑cybersecurity en interesse in de activiteiten van Equans
  • ervaring met auditing in een industriële en OT‑context
  • vertrouwdheid met ISO 27001, IEC 62443 en relevante regelgeving
  • inzicht in information security, product‑ en OT‑riskmanagement en ISMS‑governance
  • heldere communicatiestijl richting management en technische stakeholders
  • een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en aandacht voor onafhankelijk oordeelsvermogen
  • vlot schakelen tussen verschillende omgevingen en dossiers, met oog voor planning en afstemming
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, met het Engels als pluspunt
