Als Medior Lead Auditor OT Cybersecurity begeleid je audit- en certificeringstrajecten en werk je in nauwe afstemming met operationele teams, het OPEX‑team en collega‑auditors. Je versterkt je expertise binnen een team van OT‑cybersecurity experten en levert een zichtbare bijdrage aan de industriële en digitale transitie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • begeleiden van complexe audit- en certificeringstrajecten (multi site, multi standard) voor OT cybersecurity, in overleg met de betrokken teams
  • uitwerken van auditstrategie, scope, beoordeling en besluitvorming binnen duidelijke afspraken
  • toepassen en samen interpreteren van ISO 27001, IEC 62443 en de EU Cyber Resilience Act
  • uitvoeren van risk based auditing binnen IT‑ en industriële/OT‑omgevingen
  • vertalen van normen en regelgeving naar toetsbare auditcriteria, volwassenheidsmodellen en realistische verbetertrajecten
  • auditen van ICS/OT‑omgevingen en product- en supply chain contexten, inclusief secure development en conformity assessments
  • helder en gestructureerd rapporteren van auditbevindingen aan management, engineering, security en toezichthouders
  • kennis delen en samenwerken met collega‑experten binnen het OT Cybersecurity team

  • een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica of energie
  • enkele jaren ervaring in OT cybersecurity en interesse in de activiteiten van Equans
  • ervaring met auditing of een duidelijke motivatie om je hierin verder te verdiepen
  • kennis van information security, product- en OT‑riskmanagement en ISMS governance
  • een zorgvuldig en onafhankelijk beoordelingsvermogen met aandacht voor kwaliteit en ethiek
  • een communicatiestijl die duidelijk, onderbouwd en afgestemd is op verschillende gesprekspartners
  • kunnen werken in uiteenlopende omgevingen en meerdere dossiers gestructureerd opvolgen
  • kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, kennis van het Engels is een plus
