Als Project Coördinator neem je een verbindende rol op tussen klant, werf en projectteam en zet je technische vragen om in werkbare oplossingen. Je werkt mee aan diverse projecten in gebouwen en installaties, met ruimte om zelfstandig te plannen en je technische expertise stap voor stap verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw werklocatie: regio Beerse.

Wat ga je doen?

  • afstemmen met klant, onderaannemers en projectteam
  • analyseren van klantvragen en vertalen naar technische en praktische oplossingen
  • samenwerken met de Project Manager en tegelijk eigen projecten gestructureerd opvolgen
  • zorgen voor dagelijkse werfopvolging en bewaken van de planning
  • opvolgen van vergunningen en aandacht hebben voor veiligheid op de werf
  • beheren van kleinere projecten van aanvraag tot oplevering
  • coördineren van uiteenlopende technische projecten zoals laadinfrastructuur voor elektrische voertuigen, relighting-projecten, aanpassingen aan HVAC-installaties en regelingen, herinrichting van gebouwen met nieuwe werkplekken en technieken, vervanging van gebouwgebonden installaties zoals elektrische borden, ketels en koelmachines

  • technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • eerste ervaring met werfopvolging en contacten met aannemers en klanten
  • brede technische kennis, onder meer in elektriciteit en HVAC
  • goede kennis van MS Office
  • kennis van MS Project en AutoCAD is een plus
  • materiaalkennis en administratieve nauwkeurigheid
  • gestructureerde manier van werken met aandacht voor detail
  • duidelijke en respectvolle communicatie met verschillende stakeholders
  • doelgerichte aanpak met commerciële en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • vermogen om meerdere projecten naast elkaar te organiseren
  • zelfstandig werken met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit, in overleg met het team
  • rijbewijs B
  • vlot in het Nederlands, basiskennis van het Engels

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. At Equans, you’re supported, recognized, and part of a community of over 600 passionate Project Managers.
