Working closely with IT leadership, process owners, and business stakeholders, the role turns requirements into clear, repeatable, auditable processes and KPIs that support consistent, high-quality operations.

Your work location: Brussels

Zoom on the job:

  • design and implement governance frameworks, including steering forums, roles and responsibilities, decision-making flows, and policy lifecycles
  • define, document, and operationalise core IT processes such as incident, problem, change, release, asset/configuration, capacity, service request, supplier/vendor management, and IAM
  • develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for operational teams and SteerCo, and define targets and escalation rules
  • establish process controls and compliance checks aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL, GDPR, and internal policies
  • facilitate workshops and working groups to present processes, secure approvals, and support adoption
  • create process artefacts such as maps, RACI matrices, SOPs, templates, playbooks, and training materials
  • support internal and external audit readiness, including evidence collection, remediation tracking, and closure
  • coach and support process owners and practitioners, embedding continuous improvement methods such as Lean and PDCA
  • coordinate with PMO, security, risk, and legal to align governance and change initiatives
  • track benefits and measure process improvement outcomes, communicating progress to stakeholders

Come as you are, ideally with:

  • 5 years’ experience in IT governance, ITSM/process design, or IT risk and compliance roles
  • knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, or other relevant standards
  • experience implementing IT processes and governance structures such as incident, change, release, and asset/CMDB
  • experience supporting audits and remediation activities
  • experience in change management is a nice to have
  • experience in agile environments is a nice to have
  • hands-on experience building KPIs, dashboards, and steering committee materials
  • excellent documentation and process-mapping skills with Visio, Miro, or equivalent
  • knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow SPM module, MS DevOps, or similar tools is a nice to have
  • strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset
  • collaborative, pragmatic, and diplomatic, with an approach that balances governance and operational needs
  • organised, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • fluent in English, Dutch, and French
