Als CNC Operator werk je in de Bending-afdeling in Grimbergen met moderne machines voor het aanbrengen van laskanten op buizen en bochtstukken. Je krijgt een praktijkgerichte rol waarin je zelfstandig instelt, programmeert en bijstuurt binnen een industriële productieomgeving.

Jouw werklocatie: Bending-afdeling in Grimbergen
Wat ga je doen?
- je stelt CNC-kotterbanken in, programmeert, stelt af en bedient deze zelfstandig (type: TOS Varnsdorf – sturing Heidenhain)
- je zorgt dat het productieproces optimaal verloopt
- je bepaalt de juiste aanpak en bewerking voor diverse producten en materialen
- je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit aan de machines
- je werkt mee aan het corrigeren en aftekenen van bochten
- je werkt met programma’s die voor meer dan 90% reeds geprogrammeerd zijn in de machine

- een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- ervaring in de metaalsector is een sterke troef
- nauwkeurig en gedreven werken
- mee inspringen waar nodig binnen de taken
- bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel, tijdelijk uitbreidbaar naar 3 ploegen
- inzetbaar voor een extra nachtploeg tijdens piekmomenten
