Als Service Manager Fire Protection neem je de leiding over service- en onderhoudsactiviteiten voor jouw regio en werk je vanuit een professionele technische omgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan. Wat ga je doen?

  • stuurt een team van projectleiders, servicecoördinatoren en techniekers aan
  • bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendabiliteit van de dienstverlening
  • beheert onderhoudscontracten voor sprinklerinstallaties en andere brandbeveiligingssystemen
  • organiseert en volgt preventief en correctief onderhoud op
  • analyseert technische problemen en werkt samen met teams aan duurzame oplossingen
  • volgt defecten, verbeterpunten en compliance-eisen nauwgezet op
  • bouwt sterke relaties uit met klanten en fungeert als aanspreekpunt
  • detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en werkt offertes en technische voorstellen uit
  • bewaakt budgetten, KPI’s en financiële resultaten
  • draagt bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de afdeling

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen Fire Protection, sprinklerinstallaties of een vergelijkbare technische serviceomgeving en ervaring in een leidinggevende rol
  • ervaring met servicecontracten, onderhoudsactiviteiten en klantbeheer
  • sterke technische kennis van sprinklerinstallaties, onderhoud en brandbeveiligingssystemen
  • goed inzicht in technische regelgeving, normen en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams en klanten
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
