Als Lead Engineer Fire Detection werk je aan complexe projecten en bouw je mee aan veilige en toekomstgerichte installaties in een technische omgeving zoals utiliteitsbouw en kritieke infrastructuur. Als Lead Engineer Fire Detection neem je ownership over het ontwerp van A tot Z en werk je nauw samen met projectteams en klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je analyseert lastenboeken, normen en klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar technische oplossingen
  • je ontwerpt en engineert branddetectiesystemen
  • je maakt technische dossiers, schema’s en documentatie op
  • je ondersteunt projectmanagers tijdens de uitvoering van projecten
  • je geeft technische richting aan engineers en projectmedewerkers
  • je volgt technologische ontwikkelingen en wetgeving binnen fire detection op
  • je neemt deel aan technische besprekingen met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders
  • je waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid en conformiteit met de geldende normen

  • bachelor of master in elektromechanica, elektronica, automatisering of gelijkaardig
  • ervaring met engineering van branddetectie-, security- of gebouwgebonden installaties
  • kennis van branddetectiesystemen en relevante normen zoals NBN- en EN-normen
  • vlot met technische documentatie en schema’s
  • sterk analytisch vermogen en ervaring met het uitwerken van technische oplossingen
  • je communiceert helder met klanten en projectteams
  • gestructureerde aanpak en zin voor initiatief
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans
