Als Onderhoudsmechanieker werk je vanuit de afdeling Piping & Mechanical en voer je onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit bij klanten in een industriële omgeving. Wat ga je doen?

  • controleert gereedschappen en machines en bepaalt de nodige materialen en uitrusting
  • tekent schetsen van onderdelen en voert preventief onderhoud uit aan mechanische apparaten
  • voert werken en herstellingen uit aan hydraulische en pneumatische toestellen en leidingen
  • voert paswerken uit bij het vernieuwen, vervaardigen, aanpassen of herstellen van versleten of defecte onderdelen
  • (de)monteert machines en motoren
  • test installaties, controleert uitgevoerde werken en formuleert verbeteringsvoorstellen
  • voert controles uit voor een optimaal verloop van het productieproces
  • spoort processtoringen op, duidt ze aan en verhelpt ze
  • werkt met aandacht voor veiligheid in industriële omgevingen, op hoogte en met zware lasten
  • volgt veiligheids- en vaktechnische opleidingen om je verder te ontwikkelen

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • een A2-diploma in een mechanische richting of relevante ervaring
  • een VCA-attest basisveiligheid of de bereidheid om dit te behalen
  • ervaring met lassen
  • ervaring met mechanische montage-, demontage- en paswerken
  • kennis van technische schetsen en hun toepassing bij onderhouds- en herstellingswerken
  • basiskennis van hydraulica
  • een collegiale ingesteldheid en aandacht voor jezelf en anderen
  • een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en vakmanschap
  • bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel met sporadisch weekendwerk
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands of de bereidheid om het te leren
