Als (Senior) Project Manager Automation werk je binnen de afdeling Process Solutions aan uitdagende projecten rond industriële automatisatie, IT/OT-integratie, cybersecurity, digitalisering en AI. Je combineert technische expertise met projectmanagement en bouwt mee aan de verdere groei van de afdeling.

Wat ga je doen?

  • leiden en coördineren van industriële automatiseringsprojecten van analyse tot oplevering
  • ondersteunen van de senior projectmanager bij de verdere uitbouw van de afdeling
  • uitwerken van technische en commerciële oplossingen voor klanten
  • begeleiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams
  • bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico’s
  • onderhouden en uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties
  • identificeren van nieuwe opportuniteiten bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten
  • afstemmen tussen OT- en IT-omgevingen binnen industriële processen
  • meewerken aan innovatieve trajecten rond digitalisering, cybersecurity, data-analyse en AI-toepassingen
  • coachen en ondersteunen van engineers en projectmedewerkers
  • bijdragen aan de verdere standaardisatie en optimalisatie van processen en werkwijzen

  • bachelor- of masterdiploma in industriële automatisatie, elektromechanica, elektriciteit, informatica of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen industriële automatisatie, engineering of projectmanagement
  • ervaring met IT- en OT-omgevingen en hun integratie binnen industriële installaties
  • ervaring met klantencontacten, projectcoördinatie en stakeholdermanagement
  • sterke kennis van PLC-, SCADA-, DCS- en industriële netwerksystemen
  • affiniteit met cybersecurity, digitalisering, data-oplossingen en AI-toepassingen binnen de industrie
  • sterk organisatorisch en analytisch vermogen
  • ondernemende ingesteldheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • rijbewijs B

You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
