Als Brigadier Mechanisch Onderhoud stuur je een ploeg aan, los je mechanische problemen op en zorg je voor kwaliteitsvol onderhoud bij de klant in Desteldonk. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende technische projecten, diverse installaties en verschillende mechanische technieken, met ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in je vak.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je team aansturen: de ploeg leiden, bufferwerken voorzien en verbeteringen implementeren om efficiënter te werken
  • mechanische oplossingen aanreiken vanuit jouw ervaring en technische expertise
  • periodiek onderhoud uitvoeren op installaties met ventilatoren, lagerdragers, kleppen en laswerken
  • vlot communiceren met zowel de klant als je team zodat de werken correct worden uitgevoerd
  • shutdowns voorbereiden, materiaallijsten opmaken en materiaal bestellen
  • teamplanning en verlof beheren
  • werken verdelen en de uitvoering van de werken controleren
  • werken vanuit een uitgeruste werkplaats met de juiste materialen om kwaliteit te leveren

  • leidinggevende capaciteiten en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • klantgericht communiceren en samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders
