Jouw werklocatie: op werven bij klanten.

Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Zwijndrecht.

Wat ga je doen?

  • toezicht houden op de dagelijkse activiteiten van een team (7 tot 15 lassers, monteurs en pijpfitters) en hen motiverend begeleiden
  • duidelijke instructies geven op basis van info van de werfsupervisor
  • orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werf bewaken
  • materiaal en gereedschap nauwkeurig beheren
  • zorgen voor een efficiënte en rendabele samenwerking binnen het team en zelf meewerken waar nodig
  • isometrieken met de hand tekenen op basis van een 3D-model met correcte maten en onderdelen
  • rapporteren aan de Werfsupervisor

  • technische opleiding of ervaring als leidinggevende op werven
  • geldig VCA-attest
  • kennis van dunwandige RVS piping-systemen (food grade) en hun componenten is een plus
  • sterk technisch inzicht en praktisch oplossingsgericht denken
  • focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • goede communicatie met klanten, aannemers en inspecteurs
  • bereid om bijkomende opleidingen te volgen
  • geen hoogtevrees
  • rijbewijs B en eigen wagen
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans
