Wat ga je doen?

  • klantenvragen analyseren en vertalen naar conceptstudies en offertes
  • technische projecten begeleiden van opstart tot oplevering, samen met de betrokken teams
  • planning, budgetopvolging en coördinatie overzichtelijk opvolgen
  • aankoop en levering van goederen en diensten afstemmen en opvolgen
  • werfvergaderingen voorbereiden, leiden en afstemmen met de opdrachtgever
  • projecten begeleiden zoals: ontwerpen van een conference center, strippen en herinrichten van lokalen of kantoorvleugels, aanpassen van elektriciteit, HVAC, sprinklers en technische installaties, uitvoeren van dakrenovaties, laadinfra-projecten en plaatsing van fietsstallingen, renovaties van gebouwgebonden technische installaties

  • een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • ervaring met projectmanagement en werfopvolging
  • brede technische kennis en inzicht in materialen
  • vlotte beheersing van MS Office
  • gevoel voor klantrelaties en onderhandeling
  • organisatorische vaardigheden om meerdere projecten gestructureerd op te volgen
  • zorgvuldige administratieve aanpak
  • heldere communicatie en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende gesprekspartners
  • een houding die initiatief combineert met overleg en volgehouden betrokkenheid
  • rijbewijs B
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands; basiskennis van het Engels en het Frans is mooi meegenomen

Being a (Assistant) Project Manager at Equans means leading technical projects that make a visible impact; on-site, at our clients’ locations, and in everyday life. You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. At Equans, you’re supported, recognized, and part of a community of over 600 passionate Project Managers.
