Als Tender Manager Hoog- en Middenspanning analyseer je bestekken, stel je offertedossiers op en bereken je kostprijzen voor midden- en hoogspanningsinstallaties. Je werkt mee aan projecten voor distributienetbeheerders, industriële klanten, batterijopslag, solar-projecten, laadinfrastructuur en datacenters.

Wat ga je doen?

  • meewerken aan tenderprojecten van €500k tot €10M voor het MV- en HV-gedeelte
  • samenwerken met de Section Manager of Senior Project Manager om de commerciële strategie van een tender te bepalen
  • offertes uitwerken voor EPC-projecten, hoogspanningsposten tot 380 kV en middenspanningscabines voor B2B-klanten
  • de nodige voorbereidingen treffen voor het opmaken en indienen van offertes samen met het supportteam
  • klantbehoeften begrijpen door de juiste vragen te stellen en passende oplossingen voor te stellen
  • een doordachte aanpak uitwerken voor kostprijsberekeningen en offerte-opbouw
  • deadlines bewaken en bijdragen aan het binnenhalen van nieuwe opdrachten
  • contracten analyseren en risico’s en opportuniteiten binnen dossiers inschatten

  • bachelor of ingenieur elektromechanica of energie, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in een projectmatige industriële omgeving
  • kennis van hoogspanningsinstallaties en een netwerk binnen deze sector is een pluspunt
  • kennis van courante Office 365-toepassingen
  • sterk technisch, praktisch en organisatorisch inzicht
  • sterke communicatie met klanten en leveranciers met aandacht voor duurzame samenwerkingen
  • oog voor opportuniteiten en resultaatgericht ingesteld
  • zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • zeer vlotte kennis van het Nederlands aangevuld met het Frans en Engels

You coordinate, make decisions, bring together the right people and resources. Above all, you build sustainable solutions, with and for others.

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
