Als Assistant Project Manager | Water Process begeleid en coördineer je projecten binnen de waterinfrastructuur in Vlaanderen. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers, werfleiding en het Engineering Office en bouwt mee aan installaties die een essentiële rol spelen in waterprocessen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • calculaties uitvoeren en offertes opmaken
  • procedures en technische specificaties opstellen
  • contacten onderhouden en onderhandelen met klanten (overheden) tijdens de projectuitvoering
  • leveranciers, onderaannemers en werfleiding opvolgen
  • technische detailuitwerking en projectopvolging verzorgen samen met het Engineering Office
  • planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid, uitgaven en inkomsten beheren
  • inbedrijfnames coördineren en alle betrokken partijen op elkaar afstemmen
  • rapporteren aan de Project Manager en dagelijks fungeren als rechterhand

  • diploma industrieel ingenieur of burgerlijk ingenieur elektromechanica of elektronica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • minimum 2 jaar werkervaring is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste
  • ervaring met overheidsopdrachten is een plus
  • sterk analytisch vermogen en het overzicht bewaren in complexe situaties
  • hands-on en pragmatische aanpak
  • autonoom kunnen werken binnen een teamgerichte organisatie
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid
  • leidinggevende vaardigheden op werven en een sterke affiniteit met praktische uitvoering
  • plannen, organiseren en coördineren gaan je natuurlijk af
  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je uit de slag trekken in het Frans en het Engels

What’s on the agenda? You manage projects from A to Z: technical aspects, budget, planning, quality, safety, and environmental concerns. You’re the central point of contact, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth, rigorous execution. As an (Assistant) Project Manager, you take your first steps in project management, discovering the realities of the field and technical challenges, always supported by experienced colleagues as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day? Whether on-site or at the office, you work hand in hand with your project team and suppliers, make concrete decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
