Een sleutelrol in het Emergency Response Center waar alarmen en noodoproepen in real time worden opgevolgd op Brussels Airport.
Als Dispatcher verloopt de communicatie met brandweer en hulpdiensten vlot en blijven installaties en meldingen zorgvuldig onder controle. In de gecontroleerde omgeving van de luchthaven van Zaventem groeit operationele routine stap voor stap, samen met ervaren operatoren.

Jouw werklocatie: Emergency Response Center (ERC), luchthavengebouw Brussels Airport, Zaventem.

Wat ga je doen?

  • binnenkomende branddetectiealarmen melden aan de brandweer via de brandmeldcentrale
  • alarmen resetten en opvolgen
  • telefonische oproepen beantwoorden en correct doorverwijzen
  • brandweer en ziekenwagen ondersteunen bij noodoproepen
  • foutmeldingen inventariseren en rapporteren aan bevoegde diensten
  • vuurvergunningen verwerken
  • aanvragen voor werken aan sprinklersystemen verwerken
  • technici op het terrein coördineren
  • brandscenario-tests opvolgen en algemene detectietesten monitoren
  • starten in een vroege shift (06u00 – 14u00), met opleiding on the job samen met een ervaren operator (ongeveer 1 maand, circa 20 shiften)

  • ervaring in dispatching is een pluspunt
  • kennis van branddetectiesystemen en noodprocedures is een troef
  • zelfstandig werken en tegelijk goed afstemmen binnen het team, met nauwkeurige opvolging van meldingen en processen
  • basisadministratie en rapportering correct uitvoeren
  • helder communiceren met interne diensten en externe hulpdiensten
  • werken in een drieploegenrooster (ochtend/middag/nacht), inclusief weekends en feestdagen
  • uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, het Frans en basiskennis van het Engels
