Als Coördinator Technische Planning & Serviceopvolging zorg je voor een vlotte organisatie van interventies en ondersteun je tegelijk het team in de dagelijkse werking. Je werkt in een operationele context waar planning, structuur en opvolging centraal staan en waar je echt impact hebt op de service naar de klant.

Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Herentals.

Wat ga je doen?

  • plannen van werkzaamheden en interventies voor 3 à 4 techniekers
  • opvolgen en beheren van tickets in het systeem van de klant
  • zorgen voor correcte planning, opvolging en afhandeling volgens SLA’s
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor operationele opvolging
  • ondersteunen van het team en mee waken over een efficiënte werking
  • bijdragen aan een gestructureerde en kwalitatieve dienstverlening
  • overzicht bewaren over lopende processen en dossiers

  • technische kennis (geen vereiste), affiniteit met operationele processen
  • ervaring in een planningsfunctie of ticketopvolging een pluspunt
  • goede kennis van Microsoft Office, kennis van Power BI een meerwaarde
  • sterk organisatorisch, plannen en prioriteiten stellen gaat vanzelf
  • punctueel werken, dossiers blijven netjes onder controle
  • oog voor detail en afspraken en SLA’s correct respecteren
  • communicatief sterk, vlot in je dagelijkse contacten
  • teamgericht, spontaan verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
